Phil started in the mortgage business in 1989 and has assisted thousands of people with their financing needs. By clearly communicating various mortgage options, as well as what to expect throughout the transaction, Phil makes the process very easy. His integrity and commitment to closing loans on time is really what takes the stress out of buying or refinancing your home with W. J. Bradley Mortgage Capital Corporation.

Phil has a business degree from Arizona State University. He enjoys many Sun Devil sporting events and is also a big Phoenix Suns and Arizona Rattler fan. He is a third generation native of Arizona, born in St. Joe’s Hospital, but his father relocated the family (seven kids!) to the east coast with Honeywell when Phil was very young. With two years in Rochester, nine in Harvard, Massachusetts, and then another nine in rural New Jersey, including high school and two years at Rider College, Phil left snow country for sunshine and transferred to his Dad's alma mater, ASU, in 1986. With roots dating back to 1895 when his Great Grandfather settled downtown, Phoenix will always be home!
